Kiersten is from Greensboro, North Carolina and now lives in Campbell, Ohio. She became a personal trainer to help people become the best version of themselves both mentally and physically. Along with working out, Kiersten enjoys pickleball and arts and crafts. Kiersten has experienced a lot in the sports world since she was young that helped shape her into the professional she is today.
